Project Manager

    Responsibilities
    • Plan and execute projects according to client requirements and company standards
    • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
    • Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, risks, and issues
    • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
    • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
    • Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and issues for management

    Requirements


    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry (minimum 5 years)
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence others
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
    • Proficient in project management software/tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent
