For the Mercer Global Investment Forum at the International Convention Centre Sydney, Mercer required a premium, cohesive set environment that would support live-streamed sessions, keynote presentations, and multiple breakout programs. The challenge was to create a unified design language that worked both in-person and on camera, while reflecting Mercer’s global brand.

Exposure Group delivered a custom main broadcast set featuring integrated LED and AV architecture designed for clarity, depth, and visual consistency across live and digital audiences. This was supported by three breakout room builds, each designed with matching materiality and detailing to maintain a seamless brand presence throughout the event. Precision-built desk surrounds, fold-back monitor housings, and carefully considered finishes ensured technical reliability in a high-pressure live environment.

The completed build elevated the production quality of the forum and received strong acknowledgment from Mercer for its craftsmanship and finish. Sustainable construction methods and material selections were incorporated throughout, reducing waste and supporting future reuse — reinforcing the project’s alignment with Exposure Group’s commitment to thoughtful, responsible delivery.
